Rocking K Farm and Tallow is the dream of a young couple shaped by the farms we came from-families who taught us the worth of honest work, quality products, and doing things with integrity. Today we carry that lineage forward, building a life and a business rooted in tradition yet strengthened by modern experience.

Our angus cattle stand at the center of our farm. Their quality is no accidence. Through an internship at Gardiner Angus Ranch we gained hands on experience with the industry leading beef genetics, performance programs, and the commitment to excellence that defines their herd. We have carried that knowledge home into our own program and a friendship to last for years.

We also maintain a professional relationship with Penn State Beef and Sheep Center. During our undergrade we had the opportunity to deepen our understanding of animal husbandry, nutrition, and responsible herd development. This partnership continues to guide our management decisions, ensuring our cattle- and the tallow they provide- reflect both heritage and science.

From those values comes our handcrafted tallow: rendered slowly, intentionally, and with the same respect for the animal that our families instilled in us. Pure, nutrient rich, and the foundation for the products that we offer.
